Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. There are 150 rooms and 7 suites available at the gambling hall. The casino occupiestwenty-seven five hundred sq.ft. and offers many highlights. Aside from gaming, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 customer riverboat, a one hundred and forty lot recreational vehicle camp and easy access to MetroLink light-rail station.
