Make the Most of My Wagering Blunders
by Juan on September 24th, 2017
I have been gambling on the net or at brick and mortar gambling dens for a good many years. I have learned, the addiction is able to grab a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are beaten. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have been through many hundreds of dollars in just a tiny period of time and even today, I sometimes go a bit too long. It seems you are just having fun till you decide to contemplate your squanderings and the anguish settles in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I might be able to win it back" ad nauseam. It doesn’t work. Then you get sick to your gut and the more you try the faster you give away.
When you see that you are ahead, Remain Ahead! When you begin to lose, do not convince yourself, "well just 1 more" and again and again, trust me, this plan almost never ever operates. Say you plan on playing on slots, have an amount separate prior to starting your wagering. DO NOT exceed this cap, no matter how appealing. If you happen to gain, put that in an alternate cup. Do not bet your profits no matter what. Once you have gambled through your initial predetermined limit, stop. Back off, whether it’s on the web or in a real life gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be another day, another time. Clearly, this method can work for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, blackjack or any other game.
Remember, gaming is supposed to be exciting not demanding, sickening work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t manage the squanderings, do not even begin.
